What is the Role About
 

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the entire demand generation and demand capture engine of the company — from brand and content to performance marketing and lifecycle communications. Your mission is to scale nomo’s mediabuy from current levels to $1M+/month while building a brand that earns trust in our target markets.

You will own eight marketing sub-functions: Brand & Content, SEO & Organic, Creative Production, Web/Homepage, User Acquisition (Performance Marketing), CRM Communications & Promo, Product Marketing, and Event Marketing. You will co-own LTV, churn, and reactivation outcomes with the Retention team — Retention owns the strategic metrics, you own the campaign performance that drives them.

You will sit at the intersection of brand, performance, product, and revenue — partnering closely with Sales, IB/Affiliates, Retention, Product, and Compliance. This role is critical to nomo’s growth trajectory and is one of the highest-impact positions in the company.


What You Will Do:

  • Own the full marketing P&L — brand investment, performance budget, creative production, and lifecycle communications — across all target GEOs (LatAm, MENA, SA, SEA)
  • Scale paid user acquisition from current levels to $1M+/month while maintaining or improving CAC and LTV/CAC ratio; own channel mix across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, push/pop, and native
  • Build nomo’s brand in target markets — own content, PR, social, SEO, and reputation/review management (Trustpilot, WikiFX, ForexPeaceArmy)
  • Own the homepage and all marketing pages — conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, localization, and landing page performance per campaign
  • Own the CRM communications platform (email, push, SMS) and all outbound client communications; execute lifecycle campaigns against Retention’s strategic briefs
  • Lead Product Marketing — go-to-market for new products and features, competitive positioning, sales enablement for the call center, feature adoption campaigns
  • Lead Event Marketing — industry conferences (iFX, Finance Magnates), IB events, webinars, and partnership co-marketing
  • Own the full creative pipeline — ads, landing pages, video content, and A/B creative testing; build in-house creative capacity to support scale
  • Partner with Sales to align lead quality with CC productivity; provide lead quality feedback loops from UA back into targeting and creative strategy
  • Partner with IB/Affiliates on co-marketing and brand consistency across partner channels
  • Own MMP (Adjust) implementation, attribution model, and fraud prevention; ensure data integrity across all acquisition channels
  • Build and maintain the marketing analytics stack — channel P&L, cohort analysis, creative performance, campaign ROI — in partnership with the Data & BI team
  • Build, manage, and develop a scaled marketing team across brand, performance, creative, web, CRM comms, product marketing, and events
  • Be accountable for key marketing KPIs: CAC (blended and per GEO), FTDs, blended ROAS, LTV/CAC, organic FTDs, brand search volume, homepage conversion rate, and campaign contribution to retention


What you bring:

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience within CFD/Forex/fintech/iGaming or other high-velocity regulated B2C industries
  • Proven track record of scaling paid user acquisition to $1M+/month while maintaining disciplined unit economics (CAC, LTV/CAC, payback)
  • Strong hands-on performance marketing background — you have personally run mediabuy on Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and/or push/pop networks; you are comfortable in ad platforms, not just reviewing dashboards
  • Proven ability to build brand alongside performance — you understand that brand investment compounds performance efficiency and know how to balance the two
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel — awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention — and how marketing interacts with Sales/CC, IB/Affiliates, and Retention
  • Strong experience with MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or equivalent), attribution modelling, and mobile attribution mechanics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/lifecycle platforms (email, push, SMS) and understanding of how lifecycle communications drive LTV, churn, and reactivation
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with channel P&L, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modelling, and creative performance analytics
  • Experience managing creative production at scale — briefing, producing, testing, and iterating on ad creative and landing pages
  • Experience leading Product Marketing (GTM for new products/features) and Event Marketing (conferences, webinars, industry events)
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and reputation/review management — especially in trust-sensitive categories
  • Strong people leadership — you have built and managed marketing teams of 15+ people across multiple sub-disciplines
  • Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable at executive leadership team level, working closely with the CEO, COO, and other C-level functional leaders
  • English level — C1+ (Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese language proficiency is a strong plus)
