Senior AI-Native Flutter Developer

Salary: $5,000-$7,000/month net

We're rebuilding eclipt.ai from a standard Flutter agency into a fully AI-orchestrated delivery team.

One senior developer running a team of AI agents in parallel, shipping what used to take a team of four.

We're looking for the people who already know how to do this.

In the past 3 years, we have:
- Helped a German startup land a $1B+ marketcap partnership
- Built an app that brought our client $1M in revenue in the first 2 weeks after launch
- Worked with two Grammy-winning artists
- Shipped a 2.7M+ downloads app

Who we need:

- Someone who's already running multi-agent setups daily, and can show us output that proves it. Not 'curious about AI' - actively shipping with it.

- Someone who can scope a feature, break it into agent-executable tasks, review the output critically, and ship it to production without being walked through anything.

- Someone who's done 6+ years of production Flutter, has apps on App Store and Google Play, and can spot AI hallucinations, over-engineering, and bad patterns in generated code.

- Someone with high agency, product thinking, and the confidence to push back on us when we're wrong. You'll work directly with the Co-Founder and Tech Lead daily. Your inputs on tooling, workflow, and architecture get implemented the same week, not filtered through layers.

We're betting on you. We expect you to bet on us back.

This is NOT for you if:
- You want a mentorship program, structured career ladder, or onboarding plan. We don't have one. We're looking for a more experienced person than we are.
- You want to be told what to build and how to build it. We don't have time to architect for you.
- You think AI is not good enough to build production-ready Flutter apps.

What we offer:
- $5,000-$7,000/month net, based on what you bring on day one
- $5,000-$7,000/year in bonuses depending on hitting our KPIs

What we don't offer:
- Mentorship or training programs
- A career roadmap (we're figuring out the next 12 months ourselves)
- Slow ramp-up - you start contributing in week 1

Requirements:
- 6+ years production Flutter, apps shipped to App Store and Google Play
- Strong Firebase (advanced cloud functions, cost optimization e.g. how to create requests that cost less on monthly basis)
- Daily hands-on with Claude Code or similar agentic tools
- Can scope, estimate, and break down features independently
