    About the role:

    The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in driving customer growth and cultivating long-term, trusted relationships. This position directly impacts our team’s success by increasing customer lifetime value and supporting ongoing engagement within the platform.

     

    Part of the Sales team, you’ll be a crucial link between the company and our clients, working with top-tier global brands, visionary entrepreneurs, and decision-makers managing advertising budgets. Your goal will be to help them navigate our offerings and make the most effective decisions for their marketing strategies.

    Key requirements:

    • 3+ years of sales experience (in online advertising or digital services)
    • Experience in international sales is a plus

    • Ensure smooth execution of client campaigns by selecting the most effective products tailored to their objectives and desired outcomes.
    • Advise clients on new products, services, promotions, and special offers to maximize their success.
    • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
    • Conduct regular health checks on your client portfolio, identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing any issues.
    • Drive growth by increasing customer lifetime value, order frequency, and average revenue.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM, ensuring all communications are properly logged.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to enhance results and share best practices.

    We are entering a "Hyper-growth" phase. Between our R&D expansion and our new Operations center, we have 50+ open roles scheduled for Q1/Q2 2026.

    To achieve this, we are deploying a specialized "Tiger Team" of 4-5 Recruiters.

    You will likely be assigned a mix of high-touch Technical roles and high-volume Operations roles.

    The Scale:

    • R&D (20+ roles): Specialized engineering roles (Node.js, TypeScript, Cryptography, Leadership) where quality and precision matter most.
    • Operations (20-30 roles): Fast-paced hiring for Customer Support, Compliance, and Client Funds, Treasury Back Office, Middle Office, and Reconciliation staff. Speed and efficiency are key here.

    • Screening: Run the initial screening. For Operations roles, you will specifically test for English proficiency (C1/C2) and empathy/communication skills.

    THE ROLE

    As Lead Generation Specialist within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond mere research and initial contact with potential app sellers. You'll be the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding and supporting app owners throughout the entire acquisition process. Besides identifying and initiating discussions with app sellers, your duties also involve fostering relationships, persuading sellers to consider acquisition, and negotiating app prices to ensure mutually beneficial deals. 

     

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    Must-have:

    • 2+ years of sales experience
    • Ability to answer promptly and accurately the queries of both app sellers and internal teams, and to represent the company in a professional way
    • Experience working with the G-Suite tools (documents / spreadsheets)
