Sweepstakes Affiliate Manager

Project: Sweepstakes Casino (US market)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 Prague time
Salary: Up to $1,500 + KPI-based bonuses
Employment: B2B, official payments to bank account details. Income tax is covered separately by the company.
English: B2+/C1

Responsibilities:
— Sourcing and acquiring new affiliate partners.
— Working with an existing affiliate network.
— Negotiating and agreeing on partnership terms.
— Onboarding partners, launching and scaling traffic.
— Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
— Analyzing the quality and performance of US traffic.
— Monitoring FTD, deposits, and ROI.
— Working with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks.

Requirements:
— Practical experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes.
— Recent hands-on experience with US traffic is mandatory: currently or within the last 3 months.
— Understanding of the Sweepstakes Casino model.
— An active affiliate partner network.
— Ability to independently source, onboard, and develop partners.
— Understanding of traffic sources and performance metrics.
— Strong English for written communication, calls, and negotiations.
— Willingness to work toward KPIs.
