About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team in Prague and help grow our Sweepstakes Casino affiliate program in the US market.
We are open to candidates with a strong background in Gambling / iGaming, even if they don't have direct Sweepstakes Casino experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, webmasters, and traffic teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
- Activate new partners and help them achieve their first results.
- Develop and scale affiliate traffic for the US market.
- Monitor affiliate performance, including FTDs, conversions, deposits, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams on tracking, postbacks, and traffic quality.
- Achieve KPIs related to partner acquisition, activation, and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Gambling / iGaming.
- Hands-on experience in affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and partner management.
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models.
- Knowledge of key affiliate metrics: FTD, CR, ROI, and LTV.
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets.
- English B2+ or higher, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Prague.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sweepstakes Casinos or US gambling traffic.
- An existing network of active gambling/iGaming affiliates.
- Experience building affiliate partnerships from scratch.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and postback integrations.
- Proven results in recruiting and activating affiliate partners.
