Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within gambling, marketing, retention, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the Project Manager’s role in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence etc).
- Ability to define priorities, manage dependencies, identify risks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Flexible mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills, team player who is open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Will be plus
- Experience managing gambling & betting, retention, lifecycle marketing etc.
- Understanding of product functionality, business logic, and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with marketing and retention metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira – workflows, dashboards, JQL etc .
– Knowledge base on operational management approaches: Lean Management, Kaizen, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, and Metrics– – Driven Management (KPI / OKR) etc.
– Experience in automating operational workflows using low-code/no-code tools
Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate cross-functional team and retention activities from planning through delivery.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, owners, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Validate, prioritize, and maintain tasks and team & department initiatives in Jira.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in Confluence.
- Monitor deadlines, identify delivery risks, and proactively coordinate mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, document decisions, and ensure clear follow-up on action items.
- Provide stakeholders with clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and blockers.
- Support the improvement and standardization of project management processes.
- Escalate critical blockers when necessary and provide possible solutions or recommendations.
