About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all marketing content is created, coordinated, and launched on time and in line with the company’s strategy — from idea and planning to publication across all media platforms.

You will manage one core project — Live & Study in Europe marketing — and coordinate the full content production cycle according to the SMM calendar.

Responsibilities

• Control and execution of the brand’s content and marketing strategy.
• End‑to‑end management of marketing content from idea to launch.
• Planning and coordination of the creative team (design, copywriting, video production).
• Creating clear briefs, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring structured workflows.
• Coordination of SEO specialists, external designers, video production teams, and freelancers.
• Managing the content calendar and controlling publications across platforms.
• Ensuring all materials align with the company’s marketing and content strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong soft skills: communication, structure, and stakeholder management.
• High level of self‑organization and ability to manage multiple directions simultaneously.
• Mandatory experience and confident skills in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Experience coordinating creative teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Experience with CMS (WordPress) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Understanding of the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities:

➖Communicate with customers via Salesforce (email);
➖Work with Grafana alerts;
➖Prompt escalation;
➖Transfer all relevant details from the customer to developers/DevOps;
➖Tight cooperation with developers/DevOps;
➖Reproduce issues if needed;
➖Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge.
 

Would be a plus:

✔️Experience in Jira, Salesforce, and Slack would be a plus.
 

Work conditions:

➖ Remote work
➖ Probation period is 2 months
➖ 2 non-fixed days off per week
➖ Flexible schedule: morning (7:00-15:00), day (15:00-23:00), and night (23:00-7:00)
➖ Night shifts are mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus.

Your future responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive documentation, including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML) and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation
• Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for various project components
• Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project goals
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow support and structures meet project objectives and reporting requirements
• Analyze system integration points, ensuring smooth data exchange between various components and systems
• Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and fit with project objectives
• Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, providing clarity for developers and project participants
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure system changes are compliant and maintain high quality
• Assist in change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes and stakeholders, and assist in communication and training activities
• Develop templates and quality criteria for business and system analysis artifacts

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business or systems analysis and/or product management
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Formulation of high-level technical requirements and specifications for the software product
• Mastery of process visualization tools Visio, Draw.io
• Experience in building/rebuilding processes
• High level of communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts to users in simple language

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of financial monitoring processes or experience in this area
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
• Language: English (Upper-Intermediate, B2 — will be an advantage)
• Education: Completed higher education (additional specialized education will be an advantage)

• Створювати вичерпну документацію, включаючи документи з вимог до системи, діаграми бізнес процесів (BPMN, UML) та технічні специфікації для полегшення розуміння та впровадження проекту

• Допомагати у діяльності з управління змінами, оцінюючи вплив запропонованих змін на системи, процеси та учасників, а також допомагати у комунікаційних та навчальних заходах
• Розробляти шаблони та критерії якості до артефактів бізнес та системного аналізу

Твій досвід та навички:

• Мінімум 1 рік досвіду в області бізнес або системного аналізу та/або управління продуктом
• Досвід роботи з методологіями управління проектами, такими як Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Формулювання високорівневих технічних вимог та технічного завдання до програмного продукту
• Володіння інструментами візуалізації процесів Visio, Draw.io
• Досвід побудови/перебудови процесів
• Високий рівень комунікативних навичок для спілкування з різними стейкхолдерами та здатність пояснити технічні концепції користувачам простою мовою

Буде плюсом:

• Розуміння процесів фінансового моніторингу або досвід роботи в даній сфері
• Знання нотацій BPMN 2.0 та UML
• Знання SQL та/або Python
• Розуміння і досвід роботи з API та веб-сервісами
• Мова: Володіння англійською мовою (Upper-Intermediate, В2 — буде перевагою)
