What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across Dating vertical;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it;
• Ready to travel to international conferences and represent the company;
• An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical is a strong plus.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and growing relationships with existing affiliate partners;
• Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support;
• Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates;
• Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early;
• Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team.
