Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be
responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure, enabling
efficient development and delivery processes. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and
product teams to ensure high system availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and/or GCP.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or
CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment
processes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system
architecture.
• Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker,
Kubernetes).
• Manage environments (dev, staging, production) and ensure consistency across them.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure on bare metal servers alongside cloud environments.
• Automate routine operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Good understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch)
• Experience working with bare metal servers (provisioning, configuration, maintenance)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, compliance).
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Understanding of cost optimization in cloud environments.
• Experience supporting high-load or distributed systems.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure (cloud + bare metal)
