Affiliate Manager iGaming - Affiliate Network

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in iGaming / Gambling and an existing network of partners

Important: we are considering candidates specifically from the affiliate network side. Candidates with experience only on the product side are not considered

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in Gambling / iGaming
• Experience working in an affiliate network
• Existing base of active partners / teams
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee models
• Experience working with different GEOs
• Strong understanding of traffic and its optimization
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience negotiating individual and exclusive partnership terms
• Working proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new partners and teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Scale traffic volume and quality
• Analyze launches, performance drops and growth opportunities
• Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms
• Secure exclusive partnership conditions
• Monitor partner performance and support successful scaling
• Attend international industry conferences
