The Fellas Ads

Product and Launch Coordinator

$$

About the role

We run a portfolio of DTC brands across several European markets. As we grow, our Business and Sales teams regularly come up with new requests, from launching in new countries and introducing new brands to making changes and improvements to our existing websites.

We’re looking for a Product & Launch Coordinator to turn those requests into clear, structured and actionable work for our development teams.

This is a hands-on, process-focused role. Around 80–90% of your time will be spent turning incoming requests into well-structured Jira tickets. You’ll make sure each request is understood, has the right information, is broken down where necessary and reaches the right team in a format they can actually work with.

The requests and priorities come from our Business and Sales teams. Your role is to make sure those requests are clear, organised and ready for execution.

You’ll also support new brand and market launches by making sure the required work is properly broken down into tickets and organised across the teams involved.

What you'll do

  • Take incoming requests from our Business and Sales teams and turn them into clear, structured Jira tickets.
  • Review each request and identify any missing information before sending it to the relevant team.
  • Ask the right questions and follow up with stakeholders when requirements aren't clear.
  • Break larger requests into the appropriate sub-tickets across different teams or disciplines.
  • Make sure each ticket contains everything the relevant team needs to get started.
  • Assign or route tickets to the right people or teams.
  • Create and organise tickets required for new brand and market launches.
  • Keep track of open requests and follow up on anything that is still outstanding.
  • Keep tickets updated when requirements, priorities or details change.
  • Use and improve templates, checklists and processes to make recurring requests easier and more consistent.
  • Help keep communication clear between the Business/Sales teams and the teams responsible for execution.

What you bring

  • Experience using Jira or a similar ticketing/project management tool.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A structured and process-oriented way of working.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn a broad request into a clear, actionable task.
  • Confidence communicating with non-technical stakeholders and asking questions when information is missing.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests at the same time and keeping track of the details.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work where accuracy is important.
  • A basic understanding of how websites and e-commerce products are built.
  • Enough technical understanding to know what information teams such as Design, Frontend, Backend, CRM and QA need to get started.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with development, product, e-commerce or digital teams.
  • Experience coordinating website, e-commerce or digital launches.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with DTC and / or e-commerce brands.

Who will do well in this role?

You’re someone who likes bringing structure to things. When someone gives you a vague request, your instinct is to ask the right questions, work out what’s needed and turn it into something clear and actionable.

You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable keeping multiple requests moving at once.
