The Role

We are looking for a Middle Front-End Engineer who is passionate about building modern, high-performance web applications and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

This is a highly technical role focused on delivering intuitive, scalable, and responsive user experiences. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement frontend features and improve the overall usability of the platform.

You will primarily contribute to building data-rich, user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices.

What You Will Do

Front-End Development (Core Responsibility)

• Design, build, and ship responsive frontend features and applications
• Develop modern UI components using React and TypeScript
• Implement complex, data-driven interfaces and workflows
• Translate product and UX requirements into polished user experiences
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and services
• Own frontend features from development through deployment

UI/UX Engineering

• Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
• Optimize rendering performance and application responsiveness
• Improve frontend architecture, reusability, and maintainability
• Contribute to component libraries and design systems
• Ensure consistency across the platform’s UI/UX

Technical Contribution

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code
• Participate in code reviews and share frontend best practices
• Contribute to frontend architecture and technical discussions
• Help improve engineering quality, standards, and development processes
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, UX, backend engineering, and AI teams
• Contribute to end-to-end feature delivery
• Participate in Agile development processes
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality product experiences

Requirements

Front-End Engineering (Strong Requirement)

• 3+ years of frontend software development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Strong experience with ReactJS
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar)
• Ability to build scalable and maintainable frontend architecture
• Strong focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Core Engineering Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Experience with Git and Agile/SCRUM workflows
• Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, ECharts, etc.)
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, ESLint, etc.)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Exposure to financial systems, analytics platforms, or real estate technology
• Experience working with AI-powered products or intelligent workflows
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
