Head of Risk and Antifraud

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Risk & Anti-Fraud to build and architect our risk management strategy. In this high-impact executive role, you will be responsible for protecting our proprietary iGaming platform across competitive Tier-1 markets.

Your mission will be to establish a rock-solid security infrastructure while ensuring a frictionless, top-tier experience for our legitimate players.

🌐 What You Will Do

• Design, establish, and own the company’s end-to-end Anti-Fraud and Risk policy framework from scratch.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate sophisticated fraud vectors, including multi-accounting, syndicate play, identity theft, and payment/chargeback fraud.
• Safeguard marketing budgets by designing proactive mechanisms to prevent bonus abuse, promotional exploitation, and affiliate fraud.
• Lead the selection, vendor negotiations, and integration of cutting-edge anti-fraud technologies, ML tools, and automated early warning systems.
• Build advanced mathematical risk models and provide actionable data insights directly to C-level stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, VIP, Product Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to embed a risk-aware culture into the core platform experience.

📊 What We Expect From You

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming Risk Management & Anti-Fraud (proven exposure to Tier-1 markets is a strong plus).
• 2+ years in a Lead or Managerial capacity, with proven experience building operational processes and teams from the ground up.
• Technical & Data Stack:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Deep configuration knowledge of Sumsub (setting up verification levels, custom workflow rules, and auto-checks).
  • Hands-on experience with modern Anti-Fraud software (e.g., SEON, Accertify, MaxMind).
• Strong command of KYC/AML protocols, regulatory compliance, and international gambling licensing frameworks.
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (strong verbal and written communication is essential).
