Requirements

Location and Availability

• Based in Europe, or legally authorized to work in Europe with unrestricted travel capability.
• Ability to travel to the client site (Germany) for onboarding, training, and periodic review sessions.

• Available for engagement within the client's working hours (CET/CEST time zone).

   

Technical Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software testing (black-box, grey-box).
• Proven experience with PC-based test environments connected to physical hardware devices.
• Practical knowledge of hardware interfaces and test equipment: logic analyzers, emulators, boards, nodes, CAN, UART, SPI, or similar protocols.
• Experience writing test cases and test specifications from formal software requirements documents.
• Experience with test automation frameworks applicable to embedded or systems-level testing.
• Proficiency with Git for version control of test artifacts and scripts.
• Experience with Polarion ALM or comparable requirements/test management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Xray).

Domain Experience

• Experience in medical devices, industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, or other safety-critical or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with IEC 62304 (Software lifecycle for medical devices) or comparable standards such as IEC 61508 or DO-178C.
• Understanding of regulatory documentation requirements and audit readiness (CE, FDA, or equivalent).

Nice to Have

• Direct project experience working under IEC 62304 with a Notified Body or internal audit process.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems for medical devices).
• Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) or SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) test environments.
• Familiarity with mechatronic systems, prosthetics, orthotics, or rehabilitation devices.

• Experience working in a distributed team across multiple European time zones.

   

Certifications (Welcomed)

• ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Analyst or Technical Test Analyst).
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Specialist: Embedded Software Testing.
• Training or certification in IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or related medical device standards.
• Any relevant safety-critical systems certification (TUV, functional safety, etc.).

What you’ll do:

— Become the first hire in a new Platform team and build the infrastructure function from scratch — from strategy to execution, with full ownership and impact across the business;
— Transform infrastructure that has grown alongside the product into a mature, well-structured platform — with clear service maps, dependencies, and ownership areas;
— Take Terraform and Kubernetes to the next level of maturity: modular IaC architecture, standardized deployments, autoscaling — ensuring every release is predictable and reliable;
— Build a full observability system: metrics, logs, traces, alerting — so the team can proactively monitor system health instead of reacting after issues occur;
— Strengthen security practices: access management, secrets handling, protection from external threats — and make security an integral part of the engineering culture;
— Optimize data infrastructure — ensuring stable and efficient pipelines for analytics and business decision-making;
— Create platform templates for new services — so product teams can focus on features instead of infrastructure;
— Work across three core business domains — Product, Growth/Marketing, and Payments — building solutions that scale the entire business, not just individual teams.

This role is for you if...

Must-have

— 5+ years of commercial experience in Infrastructure / DevOps;
— Strong experience with Kubernetes + Helm (clusters, deployments, autoscaling, health checks);
— GCP — projects, networking, services, access management;
— Terraform — infrastructure as code, modules, state management;
— CI/CD — building and maintaining pipelines;
— Observability — monitoring, logging, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana or similar);
— Security — access control, secrets management, protection from external threats;
— Ability to write production-level code — not just scripts (Bash/Python), but also capable of contributing to backend (Node.js/TypeScript) to solve engineering challenges;
— Ownership mindset — proactively identifying risks, driving solutions, and thinking in terms of business impact;
— Actively using AI tools in your workflow to move faster and think broader.

Nice-to-have

— Experience with data tooling — building and maintaining data pipelines;
— FinOps — infrastructure cost optimization, budgeting, cost monitoring.

🔴 The Role
We are building a next-generation B2B iGaming platform focused on launching and scaling online casino brands across the CIS market.
As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and дальнейшего scaling — ensuring the platform is tailored to the specific needs of CIS users, including payment methods, UX patterns, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the product vision aligned with CIS market specifics (user behavior, payment preferences, local trends).
Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact.

Market & Localization (CIS)
Conduct market and competitor analysis across CIS countries.
Adapt the product to local requirements: languages, currencies, payment solutions, and UX/UI expectations.
Ensure alignment with regional traffic specifics and operational nuances.

Product Development
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
Manage backlog, define clear requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Drive development and optimization of key features:

— game aggregation modules

— analytics & retention tools

Stakeholder Management
Work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, compliance, and sales teams.
Align product development with overall business goals.
Data-Driven Decisions
Monitor and analyze product KPIs (conversion, LTV, retention, ARPU).
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize product performance.

Compliance & Risk Awareness
Maintain awareness of regulatory specifics across CIS markets.
Ensure product alignment with AML/KYC and other compliance requirements.
We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in iGaming (B2B or B2C).
Strong understanding of the CIS market (payments, traffic sources, user behavior).
Experience in launching or scaling digital products.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
