Affiliate Manager
Work Format: Remote or Relocation to Cyprus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:30
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop CPA networks and affiliate partners.
• Achieve customer acquisition and funded loan targets through affiliate channels.
• Scale high-performing traffic sources and increase the volume of quality leads.
• Negotiate rates, offers, and partnership terms with affiliates.
• Work with CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and hybrid partnership models.
• Monitor traffic quality and partner performance.
• Analyze the funnel: Clicks → Registrations → Applications → Approvals → Signings → Funded Loans.
• Track and optimize key metrics including CPA, CAC, CR, EPC, ROI, Approve Rate, and Signing Rate.
• Identify new acquisition channels and test growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports on partner performance, traffic volumes, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Retention, and Contact Center teams.
• Ensure tracking accuracy, postbacks, events, and affiliate payouts are properly configured.
Requirements
✔ 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, CPA Manager, or Partnership Manager.
✔ Hands-on experience working with CPA networks and performance marketing.
✔ Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, CPL, CPS, and RevShare.
✔ Experience analyzing traffic quality and partner performance.
✔ Ability to work with metrics such as CPA, CAC, EPC, CR, ROI, and other performance indicators.
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✔ Experience working with reports, analytics, and large data sets.
✔ High level of independence and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience in MFI, fintech, lending, or banking industries.
⭐ Experience working with CPA traffic in highly competitive niches.
⭐ Understanding of online lending processes.
⭐ Experience with mobile traffic, PWA, APK, or app traffic.
⭐ Existing network of affiliate partners and CPA contacts.
⭐ Experience working with international markets.
