About the Role

Finora Credit is an international fintech company developing modern online lending products. We are looking for a CRM / Retention Marketing Manager who will be responsible for customer retention, repeat loan growth, and the development of CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase repeat loans and customer retention.

• Build and optimize communication flows through SMS, Push, Email, Telegram, and Contact Center channels.

• Work with different customer segments across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

• Launch promotions, loyalty programs, personalized offers, and retention campaigns.

• Analyze CRM channel performance and marketing activities.

• Conduct A/B testing and implement new growth initiatives.

• Monitor retention, engagement, and repeat sales KPIs.

• Work with customer data, analytics, and reporting.

• Prepare technical requirements for analysts, developers, and related teams.

• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Risk, Contact Center, and Marketing departments.

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing.

✔ Strong understanding of CRM funnels and customer lifecycle management.

✔ Experience working with SMS, Push, Email, and other communication channels.

✔ Experience in customer segmentation and automated communication workflows.

✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

✔ Experience conducting A/B tests.

✔ High level of ownership and results orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in MFI, fintech, lending, or banking industries.

⭐ Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

⭐ Understanding of online lending processes.

⭐ Experience building loyalty and customer retention programs.

⭐ Experience working with large customer databases.

  • Growth in repeat loan issuance.

• Growth in repeat sales conversion rates.

• Increase in reactivation of dormant customers.
