Product Owner (CIS Market)

🔴 The Role
We are building a next-generation B2B iGaming platform focused on launching and scaling online casino brands across the CIS market.
As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and дальнейшего scaling — ensuring the platform is tailored to the specific needs of CIS users, including payment methods, UX patterns, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the product vision aligned with CIS market specifics (user behavior, payment preferences, local trends).
Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact.

Market & Localization (CIS)
Conduct market and competitor analysis across CIS countries.
Adapt the product to local requirements: languages, currencies, payment solutions, and UX/UI expectations.
Ensure alignment with regional traffic specifics and operational nuances.

Product Development
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
Manage backlog, define clear requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Drive development and optimization of key features:
— white-label solutions
— game aggregation modules
— payment integrations
— analytics & retention tools

Stakeholder Management
Work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, compliance, and sales teams.
Align product development with overall business goals.
Data-Driven Decisions
Monitor and analyze product KPIs (conversion, LTV, retention, ARPU).
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize product performance.

Compliance & Risk Awareness
Maintain awareness of regulatory specifics across CIS markets.
Ensure product alignment with AML/KYC and other compliance requirements.
We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in iGaming (B2B or B2C).
Strong understanding of the CIS market (payments, traffic sources, user behavior).
Experience in launching or scaling digital products.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
