AdOps Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Set up campaigns and collaborate with Trading Team and Media team Development teams to ensure campaigns are running properly 
  • Maintain high volume campaigns and assist with any technical issues 
  • Build and Update pixels according to operations and Media teams directions 
  • Traffic and Place creative and campaign assets to DSPs, troubleshoot technical issues, where necessary 
  • Prepare reports and data in a presentable fashion for Traders and Media Team and all internal staff 
  • QA Creative Placement and Troubleshoot all Creative Placements when set up or distributed incorrectly  
  • Update publisher specs to run without issue in all adservers 3rd Party (Campaign Manager 360), Hosted the Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon  
  • Assist with reporting dashboard creation and report execution 
  • Address reporting and billing discrepancies. 
  • Readiness to work in the office from 15:00 till 23:00 to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams. 
     
    QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • 1+ years of experience with programmatic media DSPs (ex. Dv360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) trafficking ad tags, troubleshooting technical issues, setting up pixels 
  • 1+ years of experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 uploading campaigns, trafficking ad tags, troubleshooting technical issues, setting up pixels 
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal 
  • Proficient in all MS Office products 
  • Ability to learn and understand technical applications
