Your responsibilities

• Build and develop the CRM retention strategy across all stages of the user lifecycle.

• Identify churn drivers and launch retention hypotheses to reduce churn and bring users back.

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve the user journey.

What we’re looking for
