Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Marketing Team and help us grow and prosper!

Location: Ukraine preferred, fully remote.

Engagement: full-time.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B or tech preferred);
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Hands-on B2B Marketing experience with LinkedIn (US/EU audience, content, growth, engagement);
• Experience managing multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.);
• Ability to create clear, engaging content (posts, captions, basic visuals);

• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

   

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn;
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar;
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, videos, Shorts, etc.);
• Adapt blogs, case studies, and videos into social media content;
• Engage with audience: comments, messages, industry discussions;
• Support campaigns, launches, webinars, and events.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, Tech Industry;
• Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.);
• Basic video editing or working with video content;
• Experience with community management or Reddit.
