Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React) who is comfortable working across both the backend and frontend to deliver features end-to-end.
 

Format: Outstaff

Duration: 2 months (with potential extension depending on client needs)
 

About The Project

Our client is a US-based early-stage startup building an AI-driven platform for medtech and healthcare companies. The product helps automate critical processes such as documentation management, risk management, testing, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) with Python and React 
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Strong ownership mindset 

• Proven ability to work independently 

  Nice to Have

• Previous experience in MedTech / Healthcare 
• Familiarity with AI tools, integrations, or AI-assisted development workflows

• Experience working in early-stage startups, ideally in an outstaff collaboration setup

   

Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-cycle feature development (backend + frontend)
• Implement task management functionality (creation, tracking, updates)
• Build analytics dashboards and data visualizations for monitoring key metrics
• Develop and maintain system configuration and settings management
• Design and implement new data models and ensure proper frontend representation
• Improve how backend data and versioning are displayed in the UI
