We're looking for a Recruiter who's ready to take full ownership of hiring and build the recruitment function from the ground up.
You'11 be the first and only recruiter in the company, working directly with founders and team leads to shape how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, moves fast, and wants to have a real impact on team growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source and hire non-technical talent, with a strong focus on Business Development and Marketing roles
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels
  • Improve and structure hiring processes, making them efficient and scalable
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Track hiring progress and keep stakeholders aligned

 

Required skills:

  • At least 1,5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Proven experience hiring non-technical roles, especially in Business Development and Marketing
  • Confidence in running hiring processes independently
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills
  • English level B1 or higher
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in startups or small teams
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes from scratch
  • Understanding of the FinTech, crypto, or digital product space
