Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in security-driven products to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping product requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and translating complex security and technical needs into clear, actionable specifications. The product is a platform focused on security, risk management, and data protection, so domain expertise is essential.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/product companies.
• Proven experience working on security-related products (cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, data protection, identity & access management, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product-driven environments.
• Experience gathering and formalizing complex requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical and security concepts into clear business requirements.
• Experience working with API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
• Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Understanding of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, OWASP, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision and priorities.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and solution validation.
• Define and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Analyze and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Support QA team with clarifications and validation of implemented features.
• Continuously improve product documentation and processes.
