We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join our team in Lviv!

What You'll get to do:

• Understand and discuss business requirements along with the Team Leader, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other parties involved.
• Responsible for the entire testing activity: from building the test framework to test execution, from gap analysis of the existing solutions to extending those according to the project requirements.

We are looking for a Game Portfolio Manager with a strong understanding of iGaming content, market trends, and player behavior. This is a highly autonomous position. The mission of this role is to define and execute product strategy, build a strong product organization, and turn EverHelp into a product-led company with scalable, high-margin solutions.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Define a clear product vision aligned with EverHelp’s transformation into a product + AI-driven company, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and long-term growth strategy.
• Identify and validate key product-market fit opportunities within customer support, AI, and automation domains, focusing on scalable and revenue-generating directions.
• Prioritize product initiatives across AI, automation, analytics, and platform solutions based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
• Lead the development of AI-powered solutions (e.g., CRM, retention tools, QC-AI, support automation), from concept to launch and further scaling.
• Develop and optimize pricing strategies and unit economics to ensure product profitability and sustainable growth.
