We’re looking for a sharp and driven HR Business Partner (tech) to join our team!

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role;

- Experience in managing tech teams.

- English proficiency at B1 level or above;
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types;
- Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, fostering an environment where all parties feel valued and understood;
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with senior leaders;
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks, managing them with ease and efficiency;
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to both large initiatives and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end HR support for the tech teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all core HR processes;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures, adapting them to the needs of the tech teams;
- Advise and support employees and managers throughout all HR processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience;
- Regularly monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR and organizational matters, providing timely guidance and support;
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening the company culture and employer brand;
- Identify the needs of the tech teams and implement targeted initiatives to improve team effectiveness and support their development;
- Organize internal events designed to strengthen team collaboration, recognize achievements, and reinforce the company's culture and values.
