Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and launching iOS apps
• Experience with Git, pull requests, code review workflows
• Highly skilled at writing clean, maintainable, and reliable code
• Strong SwiftUI skills. UIKit knowledge is a plus for maintaining legacy screens

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of iOS

Tech Stack

Our iOS codebase is modern, clean, and well-maintained. We use the latest Apple frameworks and best practices, with a strong focus on code quality, testing, and automation.

The app is built natively in Swift and is mostly SwiftUI, with some UIKit. Deep experience with Swift and SwiftUI is required. We also use Swift Concurrency, Combine, CoreData, RevenueCat, WatchKit, HealthKit, XCTest, etc. The backend uses Firebase (Auth, RTDB, Firestore). Experience with these additional technologies is a plus, but not required if you're a fast learner.

Team

You'll work closely with our Android developer to keep both apps consistent so users get the same features, logic, and algorithms on both platforms. You'll also work with our founder and designer to understand user needs and advise on technical feasibility. You'll work with QA and support to investigate and fix bugs. We communicate mostly in writing and minimize meetings. You'll have plenty of time to focus on coding and building a great app.

We’ll start with a short online test (~20 min). This saves us both time, so interviews are only with candidates who have the required skills. If you pass, you'll be invited to a live coding interview with one of our engineers (~30 min). Successful candidates will then move to a third interview to go over your work history (~30min). Finalists will do a short paid trial on real tasks from our codebase.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our infrastructure.
You will work with a modern Kubernetes-based environment, design scalable and reliable systems, and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and practices across our workflows.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes cluster infrastructure and supporting services;
• Architect and optimize infrastructure (Hetzner) with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and cost control
• Administer databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse): replication, backups, performance monitoring, migrations
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI); implement GitOps practices
• Proactive incident management, post-mortem analysis, preventive measures; mentor the team in troubleshooting
• Build and evolve monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB); define SLIs/SLOs
• Provide technical support to staff; mentor junior/middle DevOps engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure infrastructure availability

AI Adoption & AI Infrastructure

• Deploy and administer AI Gateway (LiteLLM) for unified access to LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
• Configure routing, fallbacks, rate limiting, cost tracking, and logging via LiteLLM Proxy
• Integrate AI tools into team workflows: AI code review, AI-assisted incident management, routine task automation
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure for LLM/ML models on Kubernetes (GPU scheduling, model serving)
• Monitor AI service performance and costs; optimize token usage and latency
• Research and adopt new AI/ML tools that improve DevOps efficiency

We are open to candidates bringing their own tools and best practices in the AI space — and integrating them into our infrastructure.
