We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a long-term, fast-moving project for a renowned jewelry brand based in New York City. You’ll work on two interconnected systems that form the company’s digital foundation:

• eCommerce platform – a customer-facing website for browsing, customizing, and purchasing jewelry.
• Custom ERP system – used internally to manage inventory, appointments, and client relationships.

The project is in active, ongoing development, with continuous enhancements, redesigns, and integration improvements between both platforms. AI-Augmented Work & Process Automation
