- Use Claude, GPT-4, and GitHub Copilot as primary development tools

- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality and architecture integrity

- Architect solutions that work TODAY and scale 10x TOMORROW

- Mentor other developers on AI-assisted development

- Make critical technical decisions, not just write code

- Handle 3-5 simultaneous projects with AI acceleration

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- 3-5+ years in backend, fullstack, or systems engineering

- Proven system architecture experience (not just implementing specs)

- Deep knowledge of SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture

- Database scaling and optimization

- Microservices and event-driven architecture

- Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

- Multi-language capability (2+ languages)

- Russian language (required)

- English intermediate+ (preferred but not required)
