Web Designer / Webflow Developer

We are looking for a Web Designer / Webflow Developer to join our team and help create modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites for products across multiple domains.

This role is ideal for a specialist who is confident working in Webflow, understands modern UX/UI principles, and wants to influence not only visual design, but also product quality, user experience, and business results.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern websites and landing pages using Webflow 
• Create clean, responsive, and conversion-focused UI solutions with strong UX principles 
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices 
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable page structures within Webflow 
• Create animations, interactions, and polished user experiences using Webflow interactions and animation features 
• Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance 
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, developers, and content teams 
• Maintain and improve existing websites and product pages 
• Contribute to improving conversion rates and overall user engagement 

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Web Designer, Webflow Developer, or similar role 
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow 
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and modern web design practices 
• Experience designing responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile 
• Ability to create user-friendly and conversion-oriented interfaces 
• Understanding of responsive layouts, HTML/CSS structure, and web design best practices 
• Experience integrating forms, automations, and third-party services using Zapier or similar tools
• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools 
• Attention to detail and strong visual design and layout composition skills 
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks from concept to delivery 
• Portfolio with Webflow or web design projects 

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced Webflow animations and interactions 
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization 
• Experience working with Webflow CMS 
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code workflows and automation tools 
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing principles 
• Basic understanding of accessibility and web performance best practices
