What this role actually is

This is a hands-on operational role. Your customers are our employees. The work is a mix of live support, access administration, endpoint and MDM management, onboarding and offboarding, equipment logistics, and documentation, plus improving those processes so the same problems stop coming back.

You will own requests end-to-end rather than passing them along, work directly with non-technical colleagues, and handle several things at once on a busy day. Routine service work is a permanent part of the job, not a temporary phase before something else.

Key Responsibilities

• Own employee IT requests end-to-end: prioritize by impact and urgency, keep people informed, resolve, document, and prevent recurrence.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, and AWS, applying least privilege.
• Run IT onboarding and offboarding: accounts provisioned on day one, access revoked promptly on exit, devices recovered.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, Service Desk, or system administration, with personal ownership of the areas above (not adjacent exposure while other teams handled them).
• Practical experience supporting macOS in a production employee environment.
• Hands-on MDM administration (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud, Hexnode, or similar): enrollment, policies, software deployment, compliance.
• Administration of Google Workspace, plus at least two of: Atlassian, GitHub access management, or cloud IAM (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Demonstrated ownership of access lifecycle — joiners, movers, leavers — including approval flows and least-privilege practice.
• Experience with equipment provisioning, inventory, and remote/international delivery.

About the Role

You will own marketing end-to-end for a growing wholesale brand, working directly with the founder. No committee. Real ownership. The mandate is to grow our retailer base, reactivate lapsed accounts, and expand what existing customers buy from us.

This is a full-stack marketing role: you start hands-on, doing the actual work across email, wholesale platforms, and outreach. But this is not a long-term solo position. Once you have found your footing, you will be expected to build and lead your own small marketing team from scratch. That means finding the right people, hiring them, training them, and setting them up to succeed, whether they end up as freelancers or in-house hires. Roles might include social media management, graphic design, translation, and lead generation, but you will help define what the team actually needs.

The goal: build the marketing function, then lead it. Not years from now. Quickly. The title grows into Head of Marketing as the team is built around you.

What You Will Do

• Own Klaviyo: audit existing flows, segment our B2B list, build reorder reminders, win-back sequences, and campaign calendars
• Optimise our Faire EU and US shops: listing SEO across multiple languages, promoted listings, Faire Market campaigns
• Establish a weekly reporting rhythm covering Klaviyo revenue, Faire ROAS, and account growth

How We Work

Our entire team is remote, spread across several timezones. That works because we are structured for it: clear ownership, a weekly reporting rhythm, and honest visibility into what everyone is actually doing.

We use time tracking software with activity verification for all team members. This is not about micromanaging your day, it is about making sure the hours you invoice are hours actually worked. We also use it to look at how time is actually spent across the team, so we can figure out what to do more of, what to drop, and what should be automated or handed off. The goal is to make the work itself better, not just to watch a clock.

We do require 4 to 6 hours of hard-required overlap with our working hours (CET). During that window you need to be reachable and responsive: quick replies on Slack, available for ad hoc calls. Outside that window, your time is your own.

We have structured this role with regular deliverable check-ins and a weekly reporting rhythm so that performance is visible on both sides. This benefits you as much as us: you always know where you stand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;

The project focuses on developing and maintaining an on-premises environment for hosting AI-enabled applications and processing imaging data.

The solution is deployed on dedicated physical server infrastructure located within customer facilities and hosts both third-party and internally developed software components.

The engineering scope includes development and automation of the server environment, Linux configuration, containerized deployments, infrastructure automation, system integration, and automated verification.

The team will work on improving deployment reliability, maintainability, security, and operational efficiency of the platform across different customer environments.
