We are building a structured outbound acquisition system and are looking for 3–5 ambitious Lead Generators for long-term collaboration.


This is not just freelance work. This is a transparent performance-based partnership.


🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach IT companies (product / outsourcing / startups)
  • Execute outbound via LinkedIn and email
  • Connect with decision makers (CEO, Founder, Head of HR, CTO)
  • Arrange qualified intro calls
  • Maintain basic lead tracking


💰 Compensation Model:

✔ €100–200 per qualified meeting
✔ 15–25% of our recruitment fee for each successfully closed role

  • Company fits our ICP
  • Real hiring need
  • Conversation with decision maker
  • Agency collaboration discussed

All terms are transparent. Success fee payouts are made after client payment is received.
