We are looking for Technical Team Lead to join our growing engineering team and take ownership of leading full-stack projects from a technical and delivery perspective.

What You Will Need to Do:

• Lead a focused team of 2–3 engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration, mentoring, and consistent delivery
• Architect and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions using TypeScript
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, reviews, and engineering best practices

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Middle Full Stack .NET Developer to join a long-term project focused on building and maintaining a specialized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used by clinics treating amputees. This is a mission-driven product with real-world impact, especially in Ukraine, where the solution is being introduced to support war-injured civilians and veterans.

You’ll be working with a stable remote team led by experienced Software Architects and Managers. The role has a strong backend focus and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a tech lead role over time.

Start Date: ASAP (June preferred)
Contract Duration: 6+ months (with potential to extend)
Workload: 40+ hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend features in a well-architected system
• Participate in 2-week sprints with a focus on quality, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership and existing dev team
• Follow DevOps practices including CI/CD and code reviews
