Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager / Partnership Manager to foster strong relationships with existing payment partners and banks while identifying new opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete MAFs and other required documentation.
• Compile KYB (Know Your Business) packs.
• Conduct calls and meetings with partners to ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address partner needs and discuss tasks.
Key Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Partnership Manager.
• Strong expertise in opening new merchant and bank accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• English language skills at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative-driven approach.
• Prior experience working with customers, partners, and banks, with an understanding of effective communication in these contexts.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
