About the Project
Join a cutting-edge Sales and Marketing application development initiative powered by AI to automate and optimize business processes. The project involves extensive integration with internal and external APIs and transitioning from large monolithic applications to a microservices architecture.
Required skills
- Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance (4+ years).
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium, TestRail, Jmeter or similar.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile workflows.
- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Have a user-oriented mindset to identify bugs and issues as a learner.
- Be a strong team player and communicator who excels when working closely with others, both receiving and providing assistance.
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Awareness of test automation frameworks.
- Basic programming skills are a plus. Experience working with AI-based software.
- Experience working with technical teams on mobile or web-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Have ownership of features and tasks, participating in the decision-making process.
- Help identify core requirements, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Test features, integrations, and systems independently.
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Take ownership in coordinating end-of-sprint testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to track build health during the staged rollout process.
- Promote good QA practices such as exploratory and agile testing, test automation, and risk-based testing.
- Assist teams with test strategy, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation, bug reporting, and improving the bug process.
- Coordinate with other delivery teams when integrating and testing key features.
- Driving UAT, collaboration, and statuses communication to the client.
- Establishing QA process for entire team.

- Strong understanding of NLP principles and experience working on RAG;
