About the Project 

Join a cutting-edge Sales and Marketing application development initiative powered by AI to automate and optimize business processes. The project involves extensive integration with internal and external APIs and transitioning from large monolithic applications to a microservices architecture.

Required skills

• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance (4+ years).
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium, TestRail, Jmeter or similar.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile workflows.
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Have a user-oriented mindset to identify bugs and issues as a learner.
• Be a strong team player and communicator who excels when working closely with others, both receiving and providing assistance.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Have ownership of features and tasks, participating in the decision-making process.
• Help identify core requirements, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Test features, integrations, and systems independently.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Take ownership in coordinating end-of-sprint testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to track build health during the staged rollout process.
• Promote good QA practices such as exploratory and agile testing, test automation, and risk-based testing.
• Assist teams with test strategy, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation, bug reporting, and improving the bug process.
• Coordinate with other delivery teams when integrating and testing key features.
• Driving UAT, collaboration, and statuses communication to the client.
• Establishing QA process for entire team.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in Python programming, with a focus on ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face;
• Experience with backend development using FastAPI (or similar frameworks) to build asynchronous and non-blocking systems;
• Strong understanding of NLP principles and experience working on RAG;

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a quick thinker, problem solver, and collaborator who enjoys innovating and refining processes. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how our content creation teams leverage AI to drive engagement and deliver high-impact results.
