HR Manager

OTAKOYI is in search of a proactive HR Manager for our Lviv headquarters who can embrace our existing processes and also bring new ideas to enhance employee engagement. Our team comprises HR professionals and recruiters who collaborate closely on talent acquisition, onboarding, and personnel development. Responsibilities:

 

HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Define and coordinate quarterly HR goals, strategies, and priorities.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics and trends; generate insights and reports for senior leadership.
  • Design and implement eNPS surveys; analyse results, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.

     

Team Leadership & People Management:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, including direct supervision of the HR Manager.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal-setting meetings with team members.

     

Core HR Operations:

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Facilitate and refine performance review processes and employee check-ins.
  • Conduct culture and engagement conversations to support employee wellbeing.
  • Organise and facilitate team meetings and provide day-to-day HR operational support.

     

Recruitment & Employer Branding:

  • Participate in final-stage (third-round) interviews for key roles if needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives and HR communications.
  • Support the promotion of internal and external HR-related events.

     

Benefits & Events Management:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the company’s benefits system.
  • Design and execute internal event concepts; manage logistics and encourage engagement.
  • Coordinate participation in external HR events and liaise with external partners (e.g., IT Cluster).

     

Process Optimisation, Policies & HR Systems:

  • Administer and optimise HR processes within the PeopleForce system.
  • Oversee the entire performance review cycle using PeopleForce.
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal HR policies to align with company values and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team on visual materials for policies and branded HR content.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (People Force).
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset for developing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in event planning and budget management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
