The tools being developed are designed for IT service providers, also known as Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These tools help automate various activities performed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as data backup and restoration, security management, and administrative tasks within Microsoft 365 tenants.
The projectβs primary objective is to handle the migration of the current product to the Customerβs infrastructure.
We follow a Kanban-based development process, and you can expect daily status meetings with the Customer.
