    • Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.

    4. Practical experience with different team management methods and frameworks.

    5. Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle processes and procedures.

    6. Knowledge of project documentation principles.

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in delivery or project management within a software development environment;

    • Track and report on key performance metrics such as delivery velocity, estimation accuracy, and overall project health;

    • Continuously assess and improve project and support processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality;
    • Implement and manage tools and systems for project tracking, reporting, and communication;
    • Facilitate retrospectives and gather team feedback to identify blockers and foster continuous improvement;
    • Oversee ongoing support and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
