Delivery Coordinator Offline

TeqBlaze, a trailblazer in the AdTech industry, is looking for a Delivery Сoordinator who is passionate about quality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to make a tangible impact in AdTech.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in delivery or project management within a software development environment;
• Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;
• Background in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or software development is a plus;
• Proven leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional development team across two streams: feature development and bug/support activities;
• Define delivery timelines, schedule tasks, and ensure features are delivered on time and within budget;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Client Service teams to prioritize tasks based on client needs and business goals;
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as delivery velocity, estimation accuracy, and overall project health;
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues;
• Continuously assess and improve project and support processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality;
• Implement and manage tools and systems for project tracking, reporting, and communication;
• Facilitate retrospectives and gather team feedback to identify blockers and foster continuous improvement;
• Oversee ongoing support and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
