    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of media, SEO, and digital communications while optimizing our outreach workflows, scaling distribution processes, and expanding our media partnerships globally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Streamlining and automating the process of collecting and managing media databases
    • Identifying relevant web resources and researching them using key SEO metrics (DR, traffic, topical relevance)
    • Building targeted contact lists and launching efficient outreach campaigns
    • Optimizing communication workflows with publishers and media partners

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat;
    • Familiarity with Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider/Checker
    • Understanding of technical and content audits (a plus)
    • Experience with CMS platforms and AI tools
    • Ability to analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies
    • Proficiency in building contact databases and executing email campaigns
    • English at B1+ level and strong writing skills
    • Hands-on experience with Gmass, Snov, or similar email tools (a plus)
    • Confident use of Google Sheets, including formulas and text functions
