You will own paid search and paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting. Your job is to generate qualified leads, reduce cost per qualified lead over time, and improve conversion rates through better targeting, creative, landing pages, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and more.
• Own keyword research, account structure, match types, negatives, bidding strategy, ad copy, and extensions
• Build and maintain landing page testing roadmap with our design and dev team, including messaging, forms, speed, and conversion improvements
• Set up and validate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and offline conversion imports when possible
• Define and monitor lead quality signals, not just form fills, and push improvements based on real pipeline outcomes
• Create weekly reporting that is clear and decision oriented, including what changed, what worked, what did not, and what you will test next
• Manage budget pacing and experiment design, including A B tests for ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with our sales team to align campaigns with ICP, offers, and follow up flow
   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing PPC for lead generation, B2B services for the US/Canadian market.
• Strong skills in Google Ads account architecture, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution basics
• Comfort working with a CRM and lead lifecycle stages, and using that data to optimize campaigns
• Ability to write clear ad copy and propose landing page improvements that increase conversion rates
• You can communicate clearly, move fast, and take ownership without needing daily direction

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to work with our Shopify app ReSell. This role is focused on helping merchants achieve real business results from the product. Product revenue is a direct outcome of customer success, not the primary goal itself.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers (chat, email, calls) and help them successfully configure the app.
• Guide merchants to the point where the app starts generating upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• Work with installed-but-inactive stores and convert them into active, value-receiving customers.
• Collect Shopify App Store reviews as a result of genuine customer success.
• Occasionally negotiate enterprise-style service contracts for advanced optimization.

Requirements

• English level: C1 — confident spoken and written communication with business clients.

Compensation

About the role

We are a small, fast-moving marketing agency focused on SEO + AI Search Optimization for personal brand businesses, mainly keynote speakers, authors, coaches, and executives.

Right now, it is the founder (me) + a Digital Business Manager. This hire is our first delivery-focused role. You will take ownership of SEO execution for clients and, just as importantly, help build the internal operating system: the workflows, templates, SOPs, and reporting that will later become our SEO department foundation.

This is not a “do tasks and disappear” role. You will be building how we work.

What success looks like

By ~90 days

• We have a documented and improved repeatable SEO workflow (onboarding, audit, roadmap, execution cadence, reporting)
• Templates exist and are usable (audit doc, roadmap, reporting format, content planning system, task checklists)
• You deliver work consistently and independently with minimal supervision using our documented SEO workflow.
   

By ~6 months

• You can independently deliver SEO work for new clients end to end (with strategy direction from me when needed)
• Internal operations run smoothly: tasks, reporting inputs, freelancer coordination, and quality control
   

By ~12 months

• You own delivery across multiple client accounts
• You help evolve our AI search workflow and improve efficiency with better systems and automation
• You are on track to become Head of SEO as we grow
   

What you will do

1) Improve the SEO operating system (first priority)

• Improve our current end-to-end client workflow:
  • Onboarding pipeline
  • SEO audit + roadmap process
  • Monthly reporting and deliverable tracking
  • Content planning workflow (topics, briefs, publishing pipeline, optimization)
• Create templates from scratch:
  • Audit and roadmap templates
  • Reporting template and KPI structure
  • Content brief template (even if writers create the content)
     

2) Execute SEO for client accounts (execution)

• Run keyword research and map topics to pages
• Create content plans and manage the content pipeline with writers
• On-page SEO and optimization guidance (and implementation when appropriate)
• Internal linking strategy and implementation
• Basic technical SEO checks and prioritization (coordination with dev if needed)
• Track results using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs
   

3) Support AI Search Optimization (evolving workflow)

We currently focus on visibility in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. The exact SOP here is not fully productized yet, and you will help us build it.

• Help define repeatable AI-search deliverables
• Track AI-related referral signals and visibility patterns
• Turn what works into a standard playbook over time
   

4) Manage external partners and keep delivery moving

• Coordinate with our partner agency (later responsibility, not day one)
• Manage writers and designers where needed
• Ensure deadlines are met and outputs match our standards

• Strong operational thinking: you can document processes and make work repeatable
• Comfortable owning workstreams end to end
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English, comfortable with async communication (Loom, written updates)

• Experience working with personal brand sites (speakers, authors, coaches, consultants)
