• Prepare, review, and submit request form documentation to manufacturer units according to internal procedures;
• Archive logistics, shipment, and compliance-related documentation in line with company standards.
   

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Prepare Cross Freight transport orders and coordinate shipment processes;
• Prepare draft airwaybills, communicate with clients regarding approvals, and ensure timely shipment processing;
• Archive airwaybills, logistics documentation, and temperature logger reports;
• Coordinate shipment-related documentation and operational communication.
   

Financial & Analytical Support

• Verify, reconcile, and process debit notes with external business partners and agents;
• Perform balance reconciliations with counterparties and support discrepancy resolution;
• Conduct market and company performance analysis using market intelligence databases and analytical tools;
• Support reporting and operational analysis for management and business development purposes.
   

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• The Revenue Funnel: Registration - Deposit - Payment Success. You own every pixel of this journey.
• Reg2Dep Conversion: Driving the ultimate growth metric of the product.

• The Experimentation Pipeline: Setting up, running, and scaling continuous A/B tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the Funnel: Ruthlessly identify, analyze, and eliminate conversion bottlenecks and user drop-offs across all devices.
• Boost Payment Success Rates: Team up with the Payments department to ensure localized payment methods work smoothly and seamlessly.
• Run A/B Tests: Turn hypotheses into high-impact product improvements based on data, not guesses.
• Cross-Team Synergy: Collaborate with Affiliate teams to ensure incoming traffic converts efficiently, and sync with Retention to optimize downstream performance.
• Deliver Fast: Focus on high-impact MVP improvements that move the needle quickly rather than over-engineering complex solutions.

Requirements

• iGaming/FinTech Background: Proven experience as a Product Manager in iGaming is strictly required. You speak the industry language naturally.
• Funnel Mastery: Deep, practical understanding of user journeys, conversion mechanics, and churn signals.
• Data & Analytics Stack: Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable diving into data using SQL, Excel, BI tools, and user behavior tools like Hotjar.
• Experimentation DNA: Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Tech-Fluent: Proven track record of working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
