    We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team!

    This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

     

    Requirements:

    - 3+ years of experience in HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding);

    - English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2);

    - Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes;

    - Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives;

    - Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning;

    - Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.


    Responsibilities:

    Employee Experience & Engagement:
    – Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand;
    – Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events;
    – Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results;
    – Provide support and consulting for managers on people management and retention strategies.
