This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding);
- English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2);
- Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes;
- Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives;
- Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning;
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.
Responsibilities:Employee Experience & Engagement:

Weβre growing and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to strengthen people operations in our comfortable Kyiv office (Beresteyska).
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
- Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
- Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.
- Design and roll out HR initiatives (HR policy development, people engagement, wellbeing etc.).
- Plan HR budgets, track expenses, and optimize contracts.
- Build and maintain HR policies and process documentation; ensure accurate document flow.
- Coordinate greetings and gifts for birthdays/work anniversaries; manage recognition programs.
- Administer sick leave, time off, and vacation requests; maintain records.
- Plan and host team events.
From candidates for this position we expect:
- Experience as HR in IT for at least 1 year.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- English B1+
- Confident user of MS Office, Google Drive/Workspace, Slack etc.
- Organized, empathetic, proactive; excellent communication skills.
- A love of games will be a plus!
