About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated People Operations Specialist to strengthen our HR team and help develop our people structures. In this versatile role, you will actively shape the HR processes of our growing startup.


Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle independently – from role definition to contract signing
  • Draft and maintain job postings and reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU and other platforms
  • Support employees with day-to-day HR topics and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (e.g. process improvements, employer branding, HR digitization)
  • Maintain HR data and prepare reports or overviews
  • Collaborate closely with your team lead on process development and team growth


Requirements:

 

  • Completed a commercial education or university degree with an HR focus
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in recruiting and employee support
  • Confident use of Google Workspace; experience with HR tools is a plus
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, structured, and service-oriented way of working
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building HR structures
