Account manager for B2B Platform to $700 Offline

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join Globy. This role involves a close interaction with the users of the platform, helping them to navigate and improve their experience.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Client Support: Assist businesses during the registration and product catalog process, providing guidance and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Product Management: Oversee product catalog entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform standards.
  • Verification & Approval: Review and approve product listings, maintaining quality and relevance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze product segmentation trends to improve and refine platform categorization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on day-to-day insights.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and internet; 
  • Equipment: Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Experience: Entry-level position. Previous experience in B2C or B2B e-commerce niches is advantageous.
