We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of one of AIBY’s core product groups — a 20M-install, $10M ARR consumer subscription business — and scale it into its next phase of profitable growth.

Your mission – maximize the Net Profit and Long-Term Value (LTV) of your multi-platform portfolio of apps across iOS, Android, and web by aligning product innovation with data-driven performance marketing.

Unlike a solo founder, you aren’t starting from zero. As a Business Unit CEO, you have:

• immediate access to AIBY’s historical data from 70+ apps to see what works
• centralized Legal, Finance, and HR so you can focus 100% on the product and the users
• significant UA budgets and infrastructure already in place

What you will do:

• P&L Ownership: you’re 100% accountable for the revenue, marketing spend, and operational costs of your unit
• Strategic Roadmap: define the “Why” and the “When”. You decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization
• Growth & Monetization: work hand-in-hand with your UA Lead to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Payback Periods. You’ll oversee the subscription funnel, A/B testing, and paywall optimizations
• Cross-Functional Leadership: build, structure, and scale a high-performing team across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design
• Resource/ Capital Allocation Strategy: you have the autonomy to decide where to “bet” your resources. If a specific app in your unit is scaling, you pivot the team’s focus there immediately
• Partnership with the Board and Founders: you’re involved in strategic decision-making at the C-level, with direct impact on business metrics, financial results, and the product ecosystem

What you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
• 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)
• Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa
• Proven 0→1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
• Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model
• Mentality: ownership, clarity, decisiveness, speed, and persistence

The Client is a railway software company specialising in the design and development of railway systems. Their core products include:

• Gateway — a simple, reliable control adapter for interlocking modernisation using the open EULYNX SCI-CC protocol.
• RaSTA — a C-language library implementing DIN EN 50159 for embedded environments.
• Testing & Simulation Software — state-of-the-art tools supporting EULYNX compliance testing and network-wide simulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop safety-critical software components in Rust for railway signalling systems.
• Implement and maintain features aligned with ETCS and EULYNX specifications.
• Collaborate closely with a small, focused team (2 engineers at launch) to deliver high-quality, specification-compliant solutions.
• Participate in architecture and design decisions for embedded and networked railway systems.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Rust in production environments.
• Strong understanding of systems-level and embedded programming.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in railway signalling systems (ETCS, EULYNX, interlocking systems).
• Familiarity with EN 50126 / EN 50128 safety process standards.

We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced specialist for the Payment Operations Manager position.

What you will do:

• Monitor key operational and risk metrics (AR, refunds, chargebacks, etc.) to identify and improve performance gaps
• Analyze transaction data and apply risk mitigation strategies to reduce fraud and payment failures
• Collaborate with tech, product, and support teams to streamline payment and billing flows
• Keep track of compliance, fraud trends, and best practices in payment operations
• Contribute to the development and testing of new pricing/payment strategies

• Manage relationships with core payment providers

   

What you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in online payments and billing operations
• Solid understanding of payment processing systems and gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Solidgate, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payment data, spot trends, and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners
• Understanding of unit economics and subscription-based monetization models
