As our Copywriter Assistant, you’ll help bring clarity and consistency to our communications across markets, ensuring our voice resonates no matter where it’s heard.

This role is more than just translations. It’s about supporting our copywriters, ensuring high-quality localization, and keeping our growing library of content well-organized.

 

📋 Your daily adventures

• Assisting with the translation of texts (emails, promos, tournaments, gamification features) using ChatGPT and external agencies;
• Keeping a well-structured archive of translations in Notion;
• Supporting copywriters with content preparation and ideation;
• Reviewing published website content to ensure it matches briefs, follows localization guidelines, and is error-free;
• Collaborating with teams across the company to coordinate timely and accurate content delivery.
  
   

🧭 What makes you a great match

• Solid English skills (B2 or higher);
• Confident using ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline content work;
• Comfortable structuring information and maintaining knowledge bases (Notion, Google Docs);
• Basic writing and editing skills — clarity, tone, and flow matter to you;
• A plus: you know what makes marketing content work (emails, promos, tournaments, etc.).
