You already know the old content playbook is dead. Three years ago, being a Content Lead meant "write 10 blog posts + 3 LPs a month and optimize for keywords." That world is gone, and you've already moved on.
 

We're looking for a Content Lead who can craft strong B2B copy and own all content production processes. You'll be responsible for all content outputs at Certifier.  You'll work with an in-house team (junior specialist, designer, developer) and external collaborators (content agency, freelancers). 
 

You will think in prompts, workflows, and system instructions the way a previous generation thought in content briefs and drafts. You've figured out that AI doesn't replace editorial judgment; it compresses the distance between insight and published output.

Certifier is a B2B SaaS platform for digital credentials (certificates, badges, micro-credentials) used by Guinness World Records, Salesforce, National Geographic, L'Oréal, and 2,000+ other paying customers. What Will You Do: 
 

You'll own every piece of content that touches a prospect: landing pages, blog, our template catalogue, localized content across four markets (PL/ES/DE/FR). The split is roughly half creation, half orchestration.
 

(50%) MOF/BOF Content Production: You'll own the process of producing key pages from brief to production. That includes analyzing the brief, structuring the work, researching, drafting, iterating with stakeholders, and shipping. The scope isn't limited to landing pages — it's whatever high-impact content Certifier needs at a given moment.
 

(50%) Ownership Across All Certifier Content:
 

• Blog content: You'll own the blog end-to-end: contributing to the backlog, drafting briefs, running daily execution, communicating with external collaborators, and making sure we maintain a steady publishing cadence. BOF/MOF pieces will require collaboration with the junior content specialist and deep knowledge exchange with the product team.
   
• Template content: You'll manage the certificate and badge template pipeline. This includes working with freelance designers and junior content specialist, forming the backlog and coordinating a full production cycle.
   
• Localization content: You'll lead the localization content (PL/ES/DE/FR) — deciding what content gets localized, coordinating the process, and tracking performance across markets.
   

What Do You Need to Succeed:
 

• Most importantly: you've internalized LLMs as a way of working, not a tool you open sometimes.
• Experience (3+ years) in content creation and content strategy execution  
• Experience in coordinating other people's output: agencies, freelancers, junior writers.

• Proven ability to write value-led converting copy: BOF/MOF blog articles or B2B landing pages

Запрошуємо до своєї команди Контент-мейкера  - креативну людину з чуттям і сучасним мисленням, яка вміє знаходити правильну ідею, відчувати контекст і перетворювати це у контент для соцмереж бренду. Це роль не “виконавця”, а людини, яка мислить ідеями і формами.

Ключові завдання: 

• Придумувати ідеї та контентні підходи, а не просто формати. Вміти пояснити, чому ідея доречна саме зараз і саме для цього бренду.
• Перетворювати ідею в сценарій: гачок, емоція, логіка, фінал. Формат - вторинний, сенс - головний.
• Писати живі, людські тексти, без канцелярщини та SMM-кліше. Відчувати tone of voice бренду і тримати його стабільним.
• Знімати простий, живий, нефейковий контент на телефон: моменти, емоції, реальність. Не ідеально, а правдиво.
• Відслідковувати тренди, меми, події, але вміти фільтрувати: що наше, а що — ні. Не тягнути тренд у бренд “бо всі так роблять”.
• Чітко формулювати ідею і настрій, щоб дизайнер/монтажер не “вгадував”, а реалізовував задум.
• Працювати у зв’язці з SMM та командою: ідея > реалізація > результат.
• Брати участь у зйомках як креативний мозок, а не просто “ще одна пара рук”.
• Разом з командою експериментувати, дивитись, що працює, і робити висновки. 
• Відчувати момент: коли варто швидко зреагувати та адаптувати контент під інфоприводи

Вимоги до нашого кандидата:

• Бажана освіта: маркетинг / комунікації / журналістика — не є вирішальним фактором. Для нас важливіше, як ти мислиш, що дивишся, як формулюєш ідеї та які приклади контенту можеш показати. 
• Наявність портфоліо або прикладів робіт. 
• 1,5–2+ роки комерційного досвіду у контенті / SMM. Водночас ми не зациклені на кількості років. Навіть якщо ти лише починаєш (junior або middle-рівень), але:

1. маєш відчуття сучасного контексту соцмереж
2. можеш показати приклади власних ідей (навіть із невеликих проєктів)
3. здатен(-на) аргументувати свої рішення -  ми готові розглядати тебе на рівні з більш досвідченими кандидатами.

• Вміння створювати короткі відео з урахуванням трендів і актуального контексту, без сліпого копіювання.
• Розуміння логіки та специфіки соцмереж: алгоритми, формати, поведінка аудиторії.
• Вміння працювати з базовими візуальними елементами відео: субтитри, графіка, CTA.
• Вміння працювати з референсами: знаходити, відбирати та формувати мудборди для команди.
• Бажано: базові навички роботи з простими редакторами (CapCut, InShot, вбудовані редактори TikTok / Instagram) — для чорнового монтажу.
• Акуратність і системність у роботі з файлами та матеріалами проєктів.
  Здатність швидко працювати з повторюваними форматами та серійним контентом (серії рубрик, регулярні формати в сторіс і постах).
• Базові навички зйомки на смартфон: кадрування, світло, ракурси.

– Співпрацювати з дизайнерами, моушн-дизайнерами, маркетинговою та продуктовою командами.
