• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles as an individual contributor (creative copywriter, content creator); 
• Strong, well-developed portfolio demonstrating impactful work; 
• Solid understanding of the full TVC production cycle — from concept development and ideation to production and final video quality control; 
• Advanced level of English proficiency; 
• Ability to review and process content in languages other than English; 
• Hands-on experience with task management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.); 
• Understanding of project management processes; 
• Background in or solid understanding of the betting/gambling industry.

Now we’re looking for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join our marketing content team and help shape the voice of our Web3 gaming product across multiple channels, and move our products forward.

Responsibilities
 

• Write campaign copy for paid media, banners, SEO, and email, including A/B variations and format adaptations;
• Localize and adapt messaging for multiple regions/languages based on a master version;
• Optimize and QA landing pages, websites and campaign copy for clarity, conversion, brand voice, and error-free handoff;
• Support campaign planning with copy variations for A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, short vs long-form);
• Collaborate with Designers, UA/Performance Marketers, Product, and Community Managers to ensure consistency and clarity;
• Research competitors and trends to keep messaging relevant and culturally aligned;
• Maintain a simple content library: taglines, value propositions, FAQ snippets, and brand voice guidelines;
• Proofread and polish content to ensure correctness, readability, and strong storytelling.

Requirements
 

• 1+ year of experience in copywriting/content writing;
• English level: Advanced;
• Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (audience, positioning, CTA, conversion-oriented writing);
• Interest in gaming culture;
• Ability to work with feedback, meet deadlines, and deliver multiple iterations quickly;
• Attention to detail and consistency in tone and terminology.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEO basics and writing briefs;
• Experience collaborating with UA/performance teams and writing ad copy;
• Experience writing for gaming products or Discord communities.

     Постійні задачі:

• Розробляти рекламні відеокреативи: писати сценарії, підбирати акторів, формувати ТЗ для монтажера та контролювати фінальний результат.
• Аналізувати ефективність креативів: працювати зі статистикою, формувати гіпотези та шукати нові підходи.
• Відслідковувати тренди: аналізувати креативи конкурентів та формувати базу референсів.

• Комунікувати з командою: презентувати ідеї, узгоджувати концепції та працювати разом з маркетингом і продакшном.

   

  Періодичні задачі:

• Створювати відео для YouTube: готувати теми, писати сценарії та формувати ТЗ для продакшну.
• Взаємодіяти з SMM-командою для реалізації відеоконтенту під органічне просування.
  
  У середньому потрібно реалізовувати близько 30 одиниць контенту на місяць.
  У нас вже є база підрядників (актори, монтажери), тому можна одразу фокусуватися на ідеях та результаті.
