The purpose of the role:
To manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive traffic to the Difmark platform. This role is responsible for creating, analyzing, and refining ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. The PPC Specialist will identify opportunities within the gaming market, monitor campaign performance, and implement strategies to attract qualified traffic and enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups to maximize campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for creative assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure profitability.
- Perform regular A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Implement strategies for remarketing and audience segmentation to boost conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights for future improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English: at least Upper-Intermediate level.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the gaming or digital goods industry.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads,, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager or similar.
- Knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to adjust campaigns based on market trends and audience behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
- Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or related platforms.
- Experience with automation tools for PPC management.

To drive lead generation and facilitate smooth interactions between sellers and buyers within the Difmark platform. This role is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities in the gaming industry, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the overall success of the sales pipeline. The individual will ensure seamless communication, proactive market adjustments, and introduce innovative strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Outbound Leads;
- Providing Contact Data of our Ideal Client Profile, working with Target Audience;
- Communicating with prospects via social media, Email, creating templates for social media/email outreach;
- Chat with potential clients in English, address their questions and requests;
- Reveal client’s needs, send proposals to prospects;
- Email/Social media outreach;
- Create and maintain the Lead database (EU/US market);
- Perform prospects’ qualification;
- Proper using CRM (leads database);
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English: at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Basic knowledge of Gaming field;
- Excellent communication skills, you are proactive and full of ideas;
- Have strong attention to the details;
- Adjust according to the e-commerce gaming market, and propose new tactics.
