RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and manage media campaigns within clients’ parameters, create and maintain buysheets

About the role

We're building a performance marketing team, and this role is central to how we grow — owning conversion rates across all marketing touchpoints and the full user journey from first page view to first paid session. • Participate in tracking and attribution setup alongside analytics — flag data gaps, validate conversion events, ensure the team can trust the numbers.
• Report regularly on conversion metrics, experiment results, and impact on new clients and CAC.

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth marketing, CRO, or a similar experimentation-driven role in a product company (marketplace, SaaS, subscription, or similar).
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates through systematic testing — not just ideas, but shipped experiments with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of user funnels, landing page best practices, and conversion psychology.
• Ability to write clear briefs, create wireframes or prototypes (even rough ones), and articulate what needs to be built and why.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or built-in product experimentation).
• Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar) — able to pull data, interpret funnel reports, and make decisions based on evidence.
• Understanding of event-based tracking: how user events and parameters work, how they trigger flows, and what breaks when tracking is misconfigured.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills — this role lives between marketing, product and engineering daily.
• Structured thinking and ability to prioritize based on expected impact vs. effort.

Nice to have

• Experience with mental health, wellness, or other sensitive/high-trust products where aggressive conversion tactics don't work.
• Experience creating funnels for Meta Ads or other paid social channels specifically.
• Familiarity with no-code tools for landing pages
• Understanding of paid acquisition economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and how CRO improvements cascade into unit economics.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and present tailored partnership proposals, effectively negotiating terms to build mutually beneficial agreements with new and existing affiliates.
• Guide and support partners through every stage of the partnership, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive retention and motivation among existing partners by creating customized offers for different partner segments, and implementing a loyalty system for high-potential affiliates.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and compliance of affiliate-posted materials, upholding brand standards and message consistency.
• Analyze partner traffic to establish a comprehensive reporting system, leveraging insights to optimize strategy and drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, ARPU, ROAS, etc.) and implement strategies to improve their efficiency and overall profitability.
• Increase customer acquisition by driving higher traffic flow from partner sites to our products. Achieve and exceed KPIs related to acquiring new clients and partners, setting the bar for growth and performance.
• Use CRM tools to accurately track, maintain, and manage all partner contacts, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient communication.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum of 1,5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming and Betting industry.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize traffic funnels, identifying the most effective paths to conversion.
• Proficiency in creating clear and detailed technical tasks for developers and designers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple partners and projects effectively.
• Your soft skills, as well as negotiation skills, should be top-notch.
• You are available to travel and attend the conferences.
