PPC Specialist
Role Description:
P2H is looking for a PPC Specialist to drive the relaunch and optimization of our paid advertising strategy for development, design, AI, consulting, and similar services across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. This role requires a highly analytical and proactive individual who can independently make strategic decisions and continuously optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy tailored to our current services and business goals.
- Take proactive involvement in marketing campaign planning.
- Independently structure and manage campaigns, making strategic decisions on ad formats, targeting, and budgeting.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance with a strong focus on reducing CPL, increasing ROI, and maximizing qualified lead generation.
- Launch and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage interested users and drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data insights to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure PPC efforts are integrated and complementary.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in B2B or lead generation.
- Strong expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of ad performance metrics and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in campaign planning and optimization.
- Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles.
- Skills in using BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
- Proven track record in lowering CPL and improving ROI.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to collaborate with SEO teams to align paid and organic search strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
